1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of Simuru Virtual Number. By creating an account, topping up, or ordering a number, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Simuru Virtual Number provides temporary virtual phone numbers used to receive one-time password (OTP) / verification codes for third-party applications and websites. Numbers are provided for legitimate account verification only.

Numbers are shared, temporary, and provided on a best-effort basis. We do not own the underlying telecom networks and cannot guarantee that every number will receive a code.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Balance, Payment & Top Up

Orders are paid from your account balance. Top-ups are processed via the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. QRIS, crypto). Balance has no cash value outside the service and is non-transferable between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service for fraud, spam, impersonation, harassment, evading bans, creating fake accounts at scale, or any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or violates the terms of the target platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Refunds

If a number does not receive a code within its active window and you cancel before any SMS arrives, the order amount is refunded to your balance automatically. Once a verification code has been received, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. Top-up balance is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability & Limitations

Service availability depends on upstream providers and target platforms. We may change pricing, available countries/services, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simuru Virtual Number is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of third-party platforms, providers, or payment gateways.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
